Rabbit holes abound.
Now that Hanna is busy doing a PhD, I find myself with less impetus to write. Where's the fire, where's the debate, where's the fun!?
Well, when I find myself lonely in ARGland, I look for a new rabbit-hole. I confess, I rarely finish ARGS these days, but I like to poke around a bit, and see what's on offer. I know some of you are always looking for something new to do, so I recommend you spend a little time over here:

Four letters, greatest toy in the world ever.
Also, I'd like to take this opportunity to drop some gossip. The first piece is confirmed and good fun. We have started a board/card/table-top/role-playing/storytelling game club down at the Big Red Door in Edinburgh. You can find myself and Cameron down there every Sunday, where we while away the last few hours before the return to work. There's tea, coffee, juice, beer, and wine, all by donation.
The Big Red Door are trying to whip up the finances to buy the building, and they are warm friends of EOP. For example, the above mentioned Cameron is hosting the competitive story telling game Baron Munchausen on Wednesdays, where you can borrow costumes! We had a costumeless round of the game last Sunday, and I remembered just how much I love these games!
The second piece of juicy gossip which I will not elaborate upon, is that I hear some people are working on some games in and around Edinburgh. The best way to find out what people are working on if you want to help run or produce one, or when you can play if you like that side of the fence better, is to come down to BRD from 6-12 on Sundays (8 this Sunday)!
