Upcoming playtime in Edinburgh

Down at the BRD a mate and I have been working away to bring you a little light parlour gaming. While rolling dice, and layind down hands, Cam and I started talking about game ideas. Cam and I found ourselves more excited about designing a game than playing the card game we were. So we quit, and got on with some design.

That design should reach fruition for this week.

So come on down to the BRD if you want to find your inner child, and their invisible best friend, embroiled in a world entirely their own making. It will be easy to play, with no previous experience of ARGS, or role-play, or theatre sports. Of course if you know what those are already, then you'll get the gist of this game.

We'll be starting from about 6-7 next week, and running for a couple hours. It's a one off event so there's no need to commit to further sessions. We'll be asking for donations to go to BRD if you want to play, as they are kind enough to give us their space every week.

So, if you want to come along next week, I suggest you bring a security blanket, a teddy bear, a torch, and your PJs! Of course, you don't need this stuff to play, but it will give some atmosphere to the comedy capers we have in store for you.
